Workshop Registration Details

Are you ready to ignite your leadership skills and drive transformative change in your school community? Look no further!

This leadership series is designed for both district and campus leaders, along with their leadership teams, to participate in a DEEP DIVE into the KEY PRACTICES and SUCCESS CRITERIA found in Lever 1: Strong School Leadership and Planning of the Effective Schools Framework (ESF).

Topics will include:
* Day 1 - Vision, Accountability, Goal Setting, Roles and Responsibilities (full day)
* Day 2 - ESF Overview and ESF Diagnostic Planning (half day)
* Day 3 - Creating Time for Core Instructional Leadership Tasks (full day)

In addition to each FACE-to-FACE session, campus principals will receive 3 personalized coaching sessions, and the campus will receive an ESF and/or LIFT Diagnostic customized to your continuous improvement strategy, provided at the conclusion of the series (service value of up to $8000)


Team members should include the principal, the DCSI, and at least one other instructional leader from the campus.
