Your Leadership Journey: Deciding If Instructional Leadership Is Right for You - Session 4 (Virtual)

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Strong instructional leadership is at the heart of student success, and aspiring administrators must be equipped to lead with clarity, vision, and impact. This collaborative panel features a curriculum director and an assistant superintendent of instruction who will share how their leadership roles shape teaching and learning through high-leverage instructional practices.
The discussion will highlight the intentional use of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM), lesson internalization, and research-based instructional strategies as drivers of improved outcomes for both teachers and students. Panelists will share practical experiences, challenges, and successes in building systems that support teacher growth, foster alignment, and ensure instructional excellence across classrooms.
Aspiring administrators will leave with a deeper understanding of how to:
Lead the implementation of HQIM to ensure equity and rigor in instruction.
Support teachers in lesson internalization to drive purposeful planning and delivery.
Leverage research-based practices to improve student engagement and achievement.
Build and sustain systems of support that elevate teaching and learning at scale.
