Workshop Registration Details

This engaging, hands-on workshop helps districts and campuses understand the content, purpose, and cycle of both LEA and campus Parent & Family Engagement (PFE) policies, clarifying what is required and how each part connects. Participants will learn how the Annual Title I Meeting and the PFE Program Evaluation work together, showing how evaluation results intentionally influence policy development, which then guides meaningful PFE implementation throughout the year. Through active walkthroughs and real examples, teams will see how compliance requirements relate across meetings, evaluations, and policies—breaking down silos and reducing guesswork. Participants will interact with Region 16 templates and toolkits, leaving with practical tools and a clear plan to develop aligned, compliant PFE systems that foster genuine family engagement and better student outcomes.
