From Vision to Practice: Building a District-to-Campus PFE Pipeline

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

This strategic, practical training helps LEAs develop a unified Parent & Family Engagement (PFE) system that starts at the district level and intentionally extends to every campus. Participants will learn how to design and activate cross-level teams that share accountability, ownership, and responsibility for PFE programs, ensuring everyone is aligned, informed, and working toward common goals. Throughout the session, participants will work with a practical PFE Pipeline Blueprint that can be taken back to their district, customized to local needs and capacity, and used as a foundation to intentionally build or strengthen their district-to-campus PFE system. Districts will leave with clear next steps, defined roles, and a shared vision for creating a culture of PFE prioritization, Title I alignment, and measurable student and family outcomes.
