In the Stables: Turning CNA Findings into a Strong DIP (Mock DIP Training)

With the CNA complete, the real planning begins in the stables, where data turns into intentional action through the development and implementation of the District Improvement Plan. This hands-on Mock DIP training builds directly from the CNA, guiding participants through how identified needs drive priorities, action steps, timelines, and measures to create a plan that districts truly live by. Together, participants will walk through a Mock DIP development meeting, modeling the required discussions, decision points, and compliance elements that ensure the plan strengthens the entire organization. Participants will also receive a DIP Guidance Companion, a practical resource that serves as a blueprint for sustained improvement and increased student achievement.
