As artificial intelligence rapidly reshapes education, districts must move beyond reactive decisions and toward a clear, strategic vision. In this session, district and campus leaders will explore the current landscape of AI in education and define what responsible, effective AI use should look like in their unique context. Participants will examine emerging trends, risks, and opportunities while aligning AI integration with existing district priorities such as student achievement, instructional quality, and operational efficiency.

Through guided activities and collaborative discussion, leaders will begin drafting or refining their district’s AI mission and vision, ensuring it reflects both innovation and responsibility. By the end of the session, participants will leave with a foundational vision statement and a clearer direction for system-wide AI integration.
