This virtual training will provide a clear overview of the Comprehensive Needs Assessment (CNA) process and its critical role in continuous improvement and federal program planning. Designed for a variety of stakeholders, the session will review statutory requirements, stakeholder responsibilities, and best practices for conducting a meaningful and data-driven CNA. Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of how the CNA informs district and campus planning and ensures alignment with program goals and student needs. This workshop is for Trinity Charter participants only.
