This East Texas Educational Diagnosticians' Association-sponsored workshop is a legal update for evaluators. We will address case law addressing special education issues and legal updates. Amy Foster, with Eichelbaum Wardell Hansen Powell & Munoz PC, will provide practical recommendations to help districts maintain compliance. Attendees will be able to participate in the webinar in their district via the Zoom link provided to approved/paid participants by ETEDA.
