Writing with Purpose: Preparing Students for Extended Constructed Responses (Bluebonnet RLA Grades 3-5)

Extended Constructed Responses shouldn't feel like a separate skill—they should be the natural result of strong daily instruction. In this interactive session, participants will discover how Bluebonnet Learning RLA units intentionally build the reading, thinking, and writing skills students need, and identify additional opportunities to weave authentic, text-based writing throughout instruction. Teachers will leave with actionable strategies to increase meaningful writing practice and prepare students for success on STAAR and beyond.
