Title IX Team Training

This comprehensive Title IX training is designed to help K-12 administrators, coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and other school personnel understand and fulfill their responsibilities under the Title IX regulations. Participants will gain practical guidance on responding to reports of sex discrimination and sexual harassment, conducting prompt and equitable grievance procedures, implementing supportive measures, maintaining required documentation, and ensuring compliance with federal requirements. The training incorporates legal updates, real-world scenarios, and best practices to support districts in creating safe, nondiscriminatory educational environments while meeting Title IX obligations.

HR Services Cooperative members receive one complimentary registration per district. Additional registrations are available at the discounted rate of $50 per participant. Legal Consulting Cooperative members also receive the discounted registration rate of $50 per participant.
