Effective school business operations depend on strong leadership partnerships, reliable data, and sound internal controls. This workshop will begin during a breakout session prior to RAC where we will explore the critical relationship between the superintendent and business manager, highlighting how collaboration and clear communication support organizational success. Participants will also learn the value of Data Integrity Teams in ensuring accurate, timely information for decision-making and accountability.

A panel of experienced practitioners will conclude the session with a discussion on internal controls, separation of duties, and practical strategies for safeguarding district resources while promoting transparency and trust.
