Using Sibme to Drive Instructional Growth - Nacogdoches ISD

Move beyond traditional classroom walkthroughs and explore how Sibme can help administrators turn observations into meaningful instructional growth. In this hands-on session, participants will explore practical ways to use Sibme tools such as Huddles, time-stamped annotations, teacher-to-student talk ratios, questioning trackers, peer-to-peer swaps, and digital portfolios to strengthen feedback, reflection, and professional learning. Administrators will leave with strategies for using Sibme to create collaborative coaching cycles, encourage teacher ownership of growth, and make classroom evidence more actionable.
